What laser / treatment is best for tightening the neck/ gowel area. I am 60 years old . Thank u .. cannot afford total facelift . Have read results on some last two years . Thank u lyn
In my plastic surgery practice we offer several lasers and other non-surgical options for skin rejuvenation. The results can be dramatic and wonderful. However, they are not for everyone. Really, the younger the skin, the more effective a laser treatment will be. Excess skin or heavy jowls will really not improve without surgical intervention. Non-surgical options are not always a replacement for surgery.
It is best to have a consultation in a plastic surgery practice that offers surgical and non-surgical options. Better to save your money than spend on a treatment that will not provide the desired result.
Thank you for sharing your question. Unfortunately the best treatment recommendation can only be made after an in-person examination of your tissues. I would see a series of ASPS board certified plastic surgeons in your area for an in-person examination, they can offer you the best advice.
i would need to check you in person ,but here in monterrey mexico for sure you can afford a lift
Unfortunately, laser does not tighten neck or any other area, it resurfaces the skin and may intially appear to tighten I would recommend my minifacelift which I do under a local anesthetic in office operating room and whose costs are half the price of a traditinal facelift.

Hi. At your age is highly possible that you are candidate for a lower third neck and facelift. Costs and fees vary from region to region, and surgeon to surgeon.
It will be better to evaluate you at least by pictures.
It is best to evaluate you in person, but there are some products and lasers on the market that can help but are not necessarily cheaper. There are many financing options available in most Board Certified Surgeons offices. It is best to be seen and come up with an individual plan that makes the most sense to you.
