Hi Alexjandraa-

It sounds like you are asking for help on many fronts. Self esteem is complex. It might be related to your appearance or other issues that in turn cause you to comfort yourself with food. That is nothing to be ashamed of. Many of us, including most plastic surgeons that I know, seek comfort food in stressful times. Fluctuations in weight should be controlled before seeking surgical correction. There are many things that we can do surgically to help you. Most commonly, after suffering the abdominal expansion from producing children, women can benefit from abdominal wall tightening and excess skin removal in a procedure known as an abdominoplasty or tummy tuck. Before proceeding with surgery your weight should be stable. Stress and self esteem issues need to be addressed. Please have the courage to consult with a mental health professional. Doing so is a sign of strength and determination. Get help from a nutritionist too. Best wishes. Stay strong!

You are best to be seen in person to be properly evaluated. If you are healthy , it is quite possible to perform a mommy makeover for you! Best of luck.!!

A Mommy Makeover refers to surgery aimed at reversing the changes of aging and pregnancy. The most common procedures include Tummy Tuck, Breast Surgery(including Augmenation, Reduction, or Lift), and Liposuction. Start your journey with healthy eating and exercise which can decrease surgical complications and improve recuperation following surgery. Seek a personal consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who will discuss the options which are best for your individual concerns.

Kids are a blessing, but they do take quite a toll on the body! The first thing is to try to get your weight stable with a good diet and exercise plan. No sense in doing a full makeover surgery if your weight is fluctuating dramatically. After that, a mommy makeover can help to reshape and restore fullness to your breasts and flatten your tummy. See a board certified plastic surgeon in consultation for more information.
