What should I expect to need after my weight loss?

I'm a 27y/o woman, exactly 5'5", my heaviest was 240lbs, I'm now down almost 60lbs from that. That's between October-ish 2018 to now. I have a large bone structure and about 40-50 more lbs to loose. How much loose skin might I be facing & what all procedures will I need done to not look gross (breast lift, tummy tuck, etc)? What starting prices am I looking at and how could I ever afford it???

Procedure: Body Contouring
Location: Sumter, SC

Congratulations on the weight loss. Keep it up. Once, your weight has stabilized for at least 6 months then, consider a Plastic Surgery consult. View the procedure)s) as no different than buying a boat, motorcycle or small car. Most offices offer credit programs like CreditCare. You can even go on line before your consult to determine what funds you are eligible to receive.

Usually, you should wait until your weight stabilizes before considering surgery for the loose skin. I have treated many weight loss patients over the years and each one is different. Most start off having their abdomen treated whether alone or combined with a lower body lift. Then they may opt for breast, arm, upper back, thigh and even facelifting to name a few.

Don't worry about what you may or may not need in the future. Keep doing what you're doing now lose weight get fit be strong and healthy. Everything depends on your skin. Some people who have weight loss have good skin tone and can get further skin contraction with liposuction alone. Some people need a tummy tuck. Some people need a body lift. Do your thing don't worry about what might happen just address it when you're healthy and strong.

Thank you for sharing your question and congratulations on your weight loss. It is difficult without an in-person examination, or full series of photographs, to know what procedures would best suit you but most likely a variation of a tummy tuck and breast lift +/- implants. See a series of plastic surgeons in your area to get an idea of cost and financing options that exist.
