I have a tattoo on my left Arm. I made it 20 years before. Now I want to remove it. Is it safe or not?

I do a lot of tattoo excisions and follow up the procedure with laser or Morpheus 8 scar revision with terrific results. There are a lot of options but for a small tattoo it is best to just remove it.
