The goal of a breast lift, whether using breast implants or not, is for the breasts to look and feel lifted, perky and youthful. Women seeking a breast lift often feel their breasts are hanging and heavy. A breast lift should correct that concern.

A lift with implants, or even and auto-augmentation mastopexy creates fullness in the upper pole of the breast using your own tissue. Breast implants should move like real breasts, so that could be interpreted as bounce in the breasts.

Sure they will bounce. How much the bounce will depend on how big they are.

If you have a straight full mastopexy , it will firm up your breasts, but it will not alter your natural feel and it will not change normal motion.

Whether you want your breasts to bounce or if you don’t want them to bounce, make sure that your surgeon understands what your desires.
