The surgery can be costly. Your best option might be going to one of the many fine institutions in Texas where resident surgeons in plastic surgery train to help contain costs. Plastic surgeons train under the direct supervision of their professors who are board certified plastic surgeons and provide a very high standard of care. Best wishes.

Thank you for sharing your question and congratulations on the weight loss. Once you are at your stable weight , fluctuating by less than a few pounds a month, the best treatment recommendation can be made. This can involve several body parts including stomach, chest, arms, legs, and face. Surgery will be costly but you may wish to look into financing options or local academic training programs who may offer a reduced cost.

Your problem is you are “trying to start life.” It already started and you made a spectacular start with a phenomenal weight loss greatly improving your health. You should be very proud of this and serve as a motivational speaker for others. Nothing to be self conscious about. Grab the next train that will take you to the rest of your life. Determine your own destiny, who cares what others think. Network with others, take the path least chosen and you will find your way. In short, be amazing!
