Multiple surgeries in one go, the surgeon has stated he will do all this, is it safe?

1. Jetstream liposculpture of the abdomen, back, flanks and waist (donor sites)

2. Ultrasound assisted fat grafting to buttocks.

3. Energy based skin retraction treatment to tighten the skin and accentuate your waistline

4. Lollipop Mastopexy (uplift)in combination with round shape implants submuscular placement

5. Volume restoration via fat transfer to breast, using Water Jetstream technology

Procedure: Body Contouring
Location: kent, KT - United Kingdom

Surgical risk increases as the number of sequential procedures increases. These include the risks of anesthesia, infection , deep venous thrombosis, and wound healing problems. Fat grafting to the buttocks has its own inherent risks. It is important that you understand the risks of surgery before proceeding. You might consider having this specific discussion with your surgeon or consulting, in person, with another board certified plastic surgeon prior to moving ahead. Best wishes.

Agree with Dr Citron’s wise words. I have done over 5,000 high volume Brazilian Butt Lifts safely and I use conventional tumescent liposuction. I feel Laser lipo, ultrasound, Jetstream, Micro Air etc mere gimmicks that actually cause more injury and therefore fibrosis making any revision in future more difficult especially laser lipo. Skin tightening typically done with RF is worthless, but makes an inexperienced surgeon feel good. Any tightening would require more than a dozen treatments. As far as combining procedures such as tummy tuck and bbl, just don’t do it. When I see patients who have had this done, I have never, ever seen either procedure done very well. Tummy tucks should only be done in patients with massive weight loss or significant diastasis of rectus muscles. Way too many tummy tucks are done.

Thank you for sharing your excellent question. Without knowing the extent of each surgical procedure specific to you it is difficult to offer definite advice. For most surgeons the amount of time required would exceed the comfortable amount intended to keep you safe. I would visit a series of surgeons in consultation to discuss.
