The incisions most commonly used for liver transplant would make it impossible to use a standard approach for abdominoplasty. Even though you have had no difficulties since your transplant, it would be prudent to have your surgery performed in an institution where you could get close follow up from the transplant team to monitor your anti-rejection drugs and liver function post op. Both of these factors would suggest you should have your surgery at an academic, university based setting that is both a center of excellence for plastic surgery and liver transplant. Once you have determined where you want to be geographically speaking, consult with a plastic surgeon to find out what your options are to achieve your goals. Best wishes.

Thank you for sharing your question. Assuming you are medically optimized and cleared by your transplant team, you should be a candidate. Hope this helps

If all your lab studies are normal and you do have clearnce from your doctors, then you could have a tummy tuck and/or BBL.

As long as you are cleared by your transplant doctors, you could be evaluated for the surgeries you indicate.
