Insurance will not cover a capsular contracture surgery and came across the Aspen procedure.
We have used the Aspen ultrasound treatments for several years in our office now and found it helpful. It works best for patients with early capsular contracture. Unfortunately, it has little effect on advanced capsular contracture.
