Some important questions to ask:
1) Fee and what does it include. Our fee is $4,500 but we add cell saver ($525, it extracts blood from your aspirated fat and returns it to you at end of surgery, making for more rapid recovery and greater percentage of fat surviving), infusion of 1,000 mg Tranexamic Acid at beginning of case ( no charge, shown to decrease bleeding during liposuction by 37%, our experience as well), 3-5 lymphatic masssages ($250-300), faja x 2 ($150-$250), foam/boards ($100-$200), arnica gel to decrease any bruising, nitro-bid paste if needed (to increase oxygen to skin for deep bruising)-no charge, first night in recovery center ($200) + misc = about $6,000
2) IMPORTANT- what is surgeons policy regarding revisions. Some surgeons will not do. We offer revisions upon request. I do not charge but there is anesthesia and OR fee.
3) does surgeon have “limits” on how much fat to infuse into each buttock-if less than 1,000 cc , go elsewhere
4) general anesthesia a must
The price for the Total Body Makeover BBL which is 4 1/2 to 5 hours surgery ranges between $9,500 and $11,500 depending on the amount of liposuction that's needed. Brazilian butt lift is a liposuction and fat injection. The majority of the work of the surgery is liposuction and the liposuction plays a significant role in the result of the procedure. If you make a narrow waist the buttocks looks better and you have a more curvy figure.

Board certified plastic surgeons understand the risks of this procedure and how to mitigate these risks to make fat transfer to the buttocks safe. The American Society of Plastic Surgeons established a dedicated task force that studied safety in performing the Brazilian Butt Lift. We are committed to your safety above all. Do not even think about using anyone other than a board certified plastic surgeon, regardless of cost. There is nothing more expensive than a life changing complication. Best wishes.
Pricing can be all over the place depending upon who you see and where they're located. I would be surprised to see surgeons in private practice charging less than $6000 just for the physician fee. I see so may patients who put pricing at the top of their list but you cannot assume that all surgeons or clinics are equal in ability. Yes there are good bargains to be had in some of the lower charging facilities but not all. Do your homework, find a reputable plastic surgeon, review his/her work and make an informed decision when it comes to choosing a surgeon. Best of Luck
It really depends on how much of an enhancement you want and the amount of fat that I have to remove and different areas from which it is removed. I would suggest sending photos for a more accurate cost. This can be done as an lutpatient but it does require than you stay off your buttock for about one week.
