Is it possible for these types of plastic surgery?

I an looking for specific type of plastic surgery. Sadly this doesn't have the option "other" anyways, I want a silicon paw implant in my foot like a real paw and maybe on the hands. Another one is an adjustable silicone tail implant which is very simple when explained, all it is that the base of the tail will be flat with holes, and a adjustable metal (maybe) for the skeleton for the tail.

Procedure: Gender Affirmation Surgery

Certainly a very interesting and provocative inquiry. A very well respected plastic surgeon asked me 28 years ago when I was interviewing for plastic surgery fellowships how I might go about constructing wings on a human, what parts I might use. It was an academic exercise. In reality, none of us would do anything like that. We would not want to compromise your health and well being, even if that was OK with you. So I’m pretty certain that none of my board certified plastic surgeon colleagues would perform such a procedure. For this reason, I am guessing that no such prosthesis exists. Best wishes.

Thank you for sharing your excellent question. Body modification artists do place dermal and solid silicone implants for some patients interested. Be aware these come with significant risks, especially in thin skin areas like the top of the foot and tailbone.
