I practice in Ct. I would recommend Dr. Joseph Capella in New Jersey. He is a Mayo Clinic trained plastic surgeon with extensive experience in all aspects of breast surgery, I'm sure there are other qualified surgeons, I just happen to know him by reputation and his lectures at national meetings.

In my practice, I use a vertical scar incision technique for patients who desire a breast reduction. This technique eliminates the long, horizontal incision in the fold below the breast. The vertical breast augmentation mastopexy was initially developed by Belgian breast surgeon Dr. Madeline Lejour (who adapted her procedure from the work of two pioneering French breast surgeons). I use a modification of Dr. Lejour’s technique that was developed by Dr. Elizabeth Hall-Findlay of Banff, Alberta Canada. Dr. Hall-Findley’s technique provides beautiful, consistent results. When searching for a plastic surgeon to perform breast reduction surgery, you may wish to ask if they use Dr. Hall-Findlay's technique.
