Although there are plastic surgeons in private practice performing these procedures, most are associated with a university. UC San Diego is a place to start. Call and contact the department of plastic surgery and ask if they perform this type of surgery. If not, ask where to go.

Hello, and thank you for this question. I know there are qualified surgeons that practice at the Scripps health clinic in the Department of plastic surgery. The Chairman is Dr. Salvador Pacella, and I do believe they have a specialist in microvascular surgery as well. Best Of luck.
