cranial bones growth/remodelling in adulthood and reshaping...

Does cranial sutures still fuse in adulthood? Do skull bones still grow after 20 years old age?

Can compression exercises applied to the head constantly theoretically have some positive effects on very little reshaping skull bones??

Thanks infinitely to you all.

Best regards

Thank you for sharing your excellent question. By adulthood the skull sutures have fused and there is little remodeling of the tissues that can occur.

The cranial bones have fused by the time adulthood is reached. Therefore, remodeling of those bones in adulthood is not possible.
