Cost.

Hello I have two children and although my body isn't that bad but in need of a breast lift and butt lift and augmentation but prefer to do with a fat transfer for both. What would be the cost for this specific mommy makeover? Would it be done all in one procedure or two? What is the recovery time and expectations of a fat transfer in being a more natural result through time? Thank you.

Procedure: Mommy Makeover
Location: Tehachapi, CA

Sometimes the two procedures can be done at the same time. A breast lift is not commonly done just with augmentation. Usually some kind of excision of skin and lifting of the breast tissue will be required. You would have to be seen in person to determine the appropriate procedures and then the approximate cost. Best of luck

Liposuction with fat injection to the breasts and buttocks is a good procedure. It has to be done at the same time because you need the liposuction to harvest the fat. Transfer to the breast gives a natural appearing look. it can't make the breast as large as an implant but the fat transfer results once that healed her permanent and you will not need another surgery in 10 years.

Lifting and augmenting are usually not either or propositions for the breast &buttocks unless the degree of drooping is minimal. If you augment in the presence of severe drooping you make the drooping worse. Without knowing your height , weight or BMI it is impossible to know if the surgery is even possible. In order to make a difference for the breasts you'd need at least 100 to 200cc per breast & at least double that for each buttock. The cost would depend on the amount of fat that can be transferred & what type of lifting is required in order to account for anesthesia & operating room time in addition to the cost of the specific surgery. With the limited information in your query the cost spread is too wide to be useful.

Instead of working from the price aspect 1st a better approach is to see what procedures would be indicated, what result could be expected from each procedure, then look at the cost and then decide who will do the surgery and what surgery will be done.

Thank you for sharing your excellent question. Although a breast lift can not be accomplished with an augmentation alone, one can combine procedures to minimize the amount of operations required to help you achieve your goals. Unfortunately without a full series of photographs or an in-person examination it is difficult to know what treatments would be best for you, and the cost, as much will depend on the amount of time required to obtain your desired results.
