No, sorry, the only way would be if it was from one identical twin to another.

This is not possible. You are not an identical genetic match. The grafted fat would be rejected. This would only be possible between identical twins.
Given present technology, this is not possible. You can only use your own fat or perhaps that of an identical twin.
