I am 64 years am I too old for breast reduction. My back hurts, my shoulders have indentations from bra straps, my neck hurts, I am 5'3" and wear a 38 to 40 DD bra and weigh 140 lbs. Also insurance is the only way I could pay for it.

No, you are not too old. I've done reductions on women over 10 years your senior. I consistently hear, "I should have done this years ago" from my older breast reduction patients. Make a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.

We’ve performed breast reduction surgery for patients well into their 70s. If you are reasonably healthy, your age in years may not be so important. Without an exam, it will not be possible to fully evaluate you and give you recommendations.
