I'm 21 years old, with a size h bra. I am in constant pain and struggle with depression from hating myself and who I am bc of the size of my breasts. I've gone to consults but i just cant afford it and survive with bills. I dont know what to do, im tired of crying and being in pain constantly. I have indentions on my shoulders and rashes in the crease of my chest. insurance has already denied me.
I sympathize with you. If one of the financing companies available at most offices are not feasible, you might try one of the teaching hospitals and see if they can help you. i am sorry to hear of your pain and you sound like you would benefit from a breast reduction. If you have found a surgeon you like, get a quote and work on saving for it. It will be worth it. It is a life changing procedure. Some surgeons may offer this in their office facilities which is usually less expensive than a hospital setting. If you surgeon offers Care Credit it is sometimes possible to get 0% interest for one year. Think of it like saving for a car or a vacation....it will be worth the effort. If you feel that is not an option then you may find some teaching hospitals that offer reduced cost for surgery by training residents. I wish you the best!
