A brachioplasty is a standard procedure that can eliminate your extra arm skin. It takes 2-3 hours with general anesthesia. Call a board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation. Good luck.

An arm lift sounds like it might be a solution for you. You would have to be seen in person first to be sure. Good luck!

An arm lift could be done. It would remove the excess tissue that you have. I do this under a general as an outpatient with about a two week recovery.

Thank you for sharing your question and I am sorry to hear of the difficulties your arms have caused you. I would recommend seeing a series of ASPS surgeons in consultation to discuss your goals, as surgical correction can likely help. Best wishes.

You are not alone. Many other individuals share the frustration of dealing with excessive upper arm skin. The usual treatment for this is an operation called Brachioplasty. This involves a planned excision of skin to create a more balanced appearance of the arm. Best of Luck Dr Harrell
