I have neurofibromatosis and when I was 15 I had a tumor removed from my jaw and left me a bad scar and left me deaf on my left side. I’m a single mom of 4 kids who went through 10 yrs of domestic violence I’ve had low self esteem ever since I had the surgery and I still do. I can’t even get a job because I’m deaf and can barely hear and I hate to ask them to repeat Please help me find a doctor
Dear Yohana- I cannot imagine you are not on disability or Medical Assistance. You don't need cosmetic surgery, you need reconstructive surgery on your scar, and a hearing aid. Get with your local hospital social service and get the assistance that everyone in your position manages to get for themselves.
