I am not familiar with the regulations in Florida, but if you are 16 years old, weigh 129 lbs and wear a bra size 40DDD you are DEFINITELY a GREAT candidate for a breast reduction! This will be a life changing procedure for you!

At your age however you run the risk that your breasts may not have finished developing but you should expect tremendous improvement in your back and neck pain after having a breast reduction. It is best to answer your question during a face-to-face evaluation, when you can discuss your goals and expectations for the procedure, and you can have a physical examination to evaluate for that procedure. However, a breast reduction will vastly improve your quality of life.
