I perform mega liposuction in Miami. This is done in the hospital with at least one night stay. You would need to be in the area a minimum of a week but we do have quite reasonable rates and much more enjoyable and less costly than New York.

Thank you for sharing your question. Liposuction beyond the 5L limit would require an overnight stay in the hospital but can be done by most ASPS board certified plastic surgeons. I would recommend reaching out to several in your area for an in-person evaluation and discussion of your candidacy.

Large volume liposuction can be performed in healthy individuals with reasonable expectations. Typically it would be performed in a hospital setting with an overnight stay. Each surgeon will have his own comfort level concerning how much fat they are willing to remove in one session. You can do an online search to find surgeons you like and then call the offices to inquire about the amount of large volume procedures they perform. Best of Luck Dr Harrell
