This has led me to develop very bad eating habits, extreme low self esteem, and a lack of confidence that’s extreme.I need HELP!!!!’

You aren't alone in this. You need to establish a support system that is put to work on your behalf. This starts with getting into counseling to address self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and/or any other issues that are making life all the more difficult. This will help prepare you for any extensive reconstruction, and so much more. Do not jump into surgery just yet. I cannot emphasize this enough. You can do this, but it has to be done one day at a time.

You need to find a board certified plastic surgeon who is also: A) craniofacial fellowship trained, and B) is at a major academic institution. Based off your geographic location, you need to go see the surgeons at NYU, MGH/Harvard, and/or Johns Hopkins. Extensive facial reconstruction is very difficult. You will need the help from other doctors, as well, including oral surgeons, ENT, and possibly others. This will be easily obtained at a large academic institution.

Good luck. And never give up.
