I was just curious on how all of it works my boobs are a double D and they give me back pain and it’s hard for me to sleep but they’re also droopy and not the shape they need to be for my age what do I do..?

A breast lift reshapes and lifts the breast but removes very little tissue (usually just skin). It sounds like you are a candidate for a reduction. I recommend that you seek consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Additionally, your primary care physician may be able to refer you if the reduction is large enough to be covered by insurance. Good luck!

But from what you said you may be a good candidate for a Breast Lift and Reduction, with or without implants (not to give you more volume but to achieve a better shape an avoid them to fall again).
