There are different ways of performing a breast reduction, but they all result in a lift. With a lift or reduction, the nipples and areolae are relocated to a more normal position while removing the excess stretched skin. With the reduction, breast tissue and fat is also removed. Check this plastic surgery website for a certified surgeon in your area. He or she will review how the procedure is performed, the risks and reasonable expectations and if the procedure is covered by your insurance. Good luck.
Thank you for sharing your excellent question. You may be a candidate for a breast reduction to improve your symptoms and breasts' aesthetic appearance. I would recommend seeking out consultations in your area to discuss.
Thank you for this excellent question. When a breast reduction is performed, you also get a breast lift at the same time. Excess breast tissue is removed, and the nipples are placed in the proper aesthetic position. The procedure that would be best for you can only determined after and in person consultation.
Please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine which procedures are best to achieve your goals.
Best wishes!

A breast lift is virtually always included as part of a breast reduction. This corrects the droopiness as well as the excessive size of the breasts. Best of Luck Dr Harrell
