Torn gluteal muscles

I was pushed during domestic issue and fell and tore ligment that hold muscle so the muscle is atrophying there I'm ashamed and feel like I can never move on with life it hurts aswell. I would do anything to get my confidence back I'm reminded of that day everyday.

i recommend you to assist or make an appointment with a plastic surgeon in youre area , board certified to explore you and make the correct diagnosis and that way see what can be do to help you.
