Sometimes they both can be done. at the same time. If you want to start with one than a bbl sounds reasonable. Good luck!

Thanks for the question:

I recommend to my patient's first tummy tuck, liposuction and fat transfer to the buttock and second stage breast lift and augmentation. MMO is a lot of procedures together and will be hard for the patient to recovery. A tummy tuck is a great procedure for removing excess abdominal skin and tightening the abdominal muscles to achieve a smaller waist and liposuction is combined as needed with a tummy tuck for the best possible result. We like to start the liposuction in your upper and lower back with liposuction in all your waistline. It is very safe to combine the two procedures, TTE + BBL. Please make sure to contact a certified Plastic Surgeon. Good luck.

Thank you for sharing your question. Best to do the BBL first so that you can rest on your sides and stomach during recovery.

Hi, sometimes they can be combined and done together. This can be determined during an in office consultation.

Best of luck!

The timing of the procedures really depends on what you need. Generally you should have the BBL first because the fat that is normally discarded with the tummy tuck can be used to augment your buttocks. The second stage will be the tummy tuck where all of the excess skin is removed with or without the breast surgery

I can do it all together with lipoosuction to remove and transfer to butt/hips!
