The lower half of my face is pretty crooked and uneven. Is there any safe way to fix this? Thanks!
Hi if your chin is the only issue which can be evaluated after examination and assessment u can go for chin implants or some non surgical ways are also there to fix such issues let us know if we could help u
Hello and thank you for your question. Nobody’s face is perfectly symmetric so don’t be too hard on yourself. There are many things that can be done to “even things out”
In the office—fillers or fat transfer
Or a Chin implant in the operating room. To really give you the best advice I would have to see you in consultation which would be great.
It is impossible to give you a definitive solution from a single frontal view. Xrays and side views are required and the dental alignment needs to be assessed. From the photo the issue appears to be the entire right side of the lower jaw or mandible. Based on the examination and the xrays the surgery could be anything from a right to left sliding genioplasty to more extensive mandible surgery. I doubt this can be corrected by chin or jaw implants alone. Make you sure you get a full assessment before allowing anyone to perform any procedure surgical or non-surgical. An initial incorrect approach could make correction more difficult or un-achievable .
Thank you for sharing your question, but this requires an in-person examination of your tissues and a thorough discussion of your goals. There are options available that range from fillers to surgery but the best recommendations can only be made with a consultation
