I'm curious as to how much an average arm lift procedure costs

The pricing across the United States is variable. some surgeons price by time, some by procedure, some by lifetime value as in already factor in costs for possible touch ups, revisions etc. The costs also vary according to the needs of the patient, such as hospital admission or need to do it in a hospital vs. at an outpatient surgery center vs an accredited surgery center in the surgeons' offices. During consultation there maybe a need to discuss other aspects to get an optimal outcome. Generally speaking however, the price can vary between $5k to $10k.

Hello and thank you for your question. The cost of arm lift surgery varies from state to state and with individual surgeons. Anywhere between $5K and $10K is a reasonable range.

The cost varies with the location, how long you procedure would take, the type of anesthesia etc. Thus, the best way for you to find out the cost for you procedure is to contact an ASPS member in your area.

Hope this helps.

The costs varies based on your location and the amount of time needed to achieve your desired goals. I would recommend you see a board certified plastic surgeon in your area.

Costs for surgery vary greatly from region to region. I echo everything the other responders stated on this thread. The average 2017 surgeon fees for an arm lift are $4223 according to ASPS. Now mind you that this is just for the surgeon fee -- please remember that this number does not include anesthesia fees, facility fees, and other incidentals. I perform the vast majority of my arm lifts with added arm liposuction, so that will increase the overall costs. A fair all-inclusive price range for an arm lift with liposuction would be $7000-$10,000 in my humble opinion. Deleting liposuction will drive costs down a bit. And remember, prices vary depending on where you have surgery. Large metropolitan areas will usually have higher prices because those locations generally have an overall higher cost of living.

Hello and great question, Sharlb5! Arm lift surgery is a very high patient satisfaction procedure that we perform in my practice. The procedure can often be performed in conjunction with liposuction, which will increase the overall fee. Also, some patients are a candidate for a mini arm lift vs a full arm lift. What you likely will gather from your question and our answers are that there are a few variables, but general pricing around the country is 7.5K-12.5K depending on a handful of factors that your board-certified plastic surgeon and his/her staff can answer once you come in for a consultation.

I am President of the American Society of Bariatric PLastic Surgeons and the focus of my practice is on weight loss patients and helping them complete their journey. I try to keep prices down as much as possible and can do this procedure and many other even unde a tumescent anesthetic as an outpatient. The price can vary from $4500 to 6500.

Dear Sharl,

Hello and thank you for your excellent question. It is best to answer your question during a face-to-face evaluation, when you can discuss your goals and expectations for the procedure, and you can have a physical examination to evaluate for that procedure. In general, costs for an arm lift range between $6000 - $10,000. Your price will depend on the extent of your surgery, and where you live. I recommend that you find a board-certified, or board-eligible plastic surgeon with whom you are comfortable. Be sure to have all of your questions answered during a face-to-face meeting with your surgeon, and review before and after pictures of similar patients whom have had this procedure. If you have any questions, call our office for assistance. Good luck!
