Chin reduction and nose job

Hi. I feel that my chin is too long. Would I be a good candidate for chin reduction and by how much? I have a strong nose so don't want my chin to be too small, just more in proportion. I feel my flat cheeks also make my face look longer. Are cheek implants or fat transfer the better option?

Procedure: Chin Surgery

Good afternoon, after reviewing your case I think that you need a nose surgery with cheeks augmentation and chin reduction , it will be an amazing change you will look more balance , time for recovery 3 weeks

Hi, Helly5, you should send more pictures, like a frontal view and a profile view, so will be possible to evaluate the proportions of your nose compared with chin and cheeks; fat transfer is a good option to fill the cheeks and make your contour softer. A combination of rhinoplasty and chin reduction can be easily done. Once again if you send more picture a better evaluation will be possible and also a profilometry ( a new profile of the nose) can be drawn. Feel free to contact me at maurotarallo@hotmail.com
