what to do in the future

I’m 16 years old and a 34J. i know i’m young and don’t plan on getting a reduction anytime soon because i know i’m still growing. However they really bother me and cause so much back pain and ive tried working out and the weight is just getting worse. i’ve always had big breasts. i was a triple D in 6th grade. i’ve always wanted smaller boobs they don’t fit my frame. any advise

It sounds like you may want a breast reduction in the future. However, there are times when a breast reduction can be done at your age. I've treated a few cases like yours just to make the pain improve. In some cases, it can be done with liposuction to avoid obvious scars. Learn more here:

This is a great question. Breast reduction can certainly be done in younger women and even teenagers who have pain problems related to their oversized breasts as you describe. Just like for older ladies, this decision can be made after a thorough talk about the risks and benefits as they apply to you. Usually for people like you who may still be growing, we wait until bra/breast size has been pretty stable for several months or a year. You have lots of great options in the central Indiana area if and when you decide to reach out to talk about breast reduction with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Best wishes, and let us know if we can help!

Thank you for sharing you question. Assuming your breast size has not changed much in the last year you could pursue surgery as early as 16 but ultimately it does sound as if you would benefit from a breast reduction to improve your symptoms. Seek out consults from local plastic surgeons to get the best advice.
