Really want to get back down to 160 the weight I was before my first child in now 255 after my 3rd child I would also like to fix all the flabbiness in my body my arms, my legs, and my chin. Get my butt back to plump instead of flat and my boobs back where they should be. I was wondering a price range for body contouring?

Thanks for your question.

There are many procedures such as a tummy tuck, breast lift and liposuction and fat transfer to the buttocks to help achieve your goals.

However, at a weight of 255, it would be best if you can get your BMI down to 32 or under to make all these surgeries safe. Once you achieve your weight loss goals, you can then safely proceed to surgery with a board certified plastic surgeon

If you are 255 lbs, you likely need to lose weight first to get down to a BMI that is safer fir you to undergo the procedures you desire. Good luck!

If your goal weight is 160, you need to do the hard work of diet and exercise to try and get as close as you can prior to any surgery. Losing weight after surgery can result in loosening of the skin and a lesser result. Your skin has been stretched out by the weight gain and the pregnancies, so that excess skin will need to be removed, resulting in permanent large scars. Consult with a board certifiedpkastic surgeon to determine your options and best timing of any procedures.

I think I have mastered the scar problem. I now do the liposuction without putting a scar on your back. You can wear backless dress without any scar showing. The price for the Total Body Makeover BBL which is 4 1/2 to 5 hours surgery ranges between $9,500 and $11,500 depending on the amount of liposuction that's needed. I personally do all of your surgery.  Your surgery is not done by an assistant. I don't believe you can have a perfect result if one person is doing one side and someone else dose the other. Your entire body will be evaluated in order to give you the best result possible. Brazilian butt lift is a liposuction and fat injection. The majority of the work of the surgery is liposuction and the liposuction plays a significant role in the result of the procedure. If you make a narrow waist the buttocks looks better and you have a more curvy figure.

Thank you for sharing your excellent question. Once you have reached your goal weight a more accurate pricing for your surgery can be offered as the best treatment may change with a near 100 pound weight loss. Once around 180 pounds seek out consultations in your area for the best cost structure.

Procedure fees will vary according to surgeon clinical experience, geographical region, patient specific characteristics, and other factors. Many surgeons have fee estimates listed in marketing materials (e.g., practice websites). The ASPS publishes an annual “Plastic Surgery Statistics Report,” which will give you a general feel for fees charged by competent, and ethical surgeons nationally. This report is a good starting point.

A formal evaluation by a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon should be an early step in deciding which operation would be appropriate for you. Use the ASPS site to find a qualified surgeon to help you on your journey.

Hi.

The first step for you, to recover your weight and looks of before having your children is to lose weight. First, to improve your health for undergoing plastic surgery and Second, to get optimal results from it.

The so-called Mommy Makeover includes: Abdominoplasty plus Lipo and BBL, and Breast Lift, depending on each case. Procedures that should not be done in a single surgical time, but in two, to avoid increasing the risks during and after surgery.
