Involved in a motorbike accident in November 2018, the patient sustained multiple injuries including numerous facial bone fractures, severe head injury with diffuse axonal injury, open right midshaft humerus fracture, right Monteggia fracture and radial head fracture, right femur fracture, and T1-T3 spinal wedge fractures. All of these injuries were managed appropriately at the patients’ closest regional hospital including right femoral nail, right ulna and humeral plating. Radial head fracture managed conservatively.
