Position Overview: We are offering a unique opportunity for a skilled Plastic Surgeon to join our team and acquire a significant portion of our established practice. Situated adjacent to a Level I Trauma center, the ideal candidate will bring expertise in both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, demonstrating a passion for delivering outstanding results and patient satisfaction. This position provides the chance to collaborate with experienced professionals in a diverse patient population setting. 

Responsibilities:

• Choose your own balance of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.
• Perform a wide range of cosmetic procedures including breast augmentation, liposuction, rhinoplasty, and facelifts.
• Conduct reconstructive surgeries for patients with congenital defects, trauma-related injuries, or medical conditions.
• Evaluate patient suitability for surgical procedures and discuss treatment options thoroughly.
• Deliver comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care with a focus on patient well-being.
• Collaborate effectively within our multidisciplinary team including nurses, anesthesiologists, and support staff.

Requirements:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of an accredited plastic surgery of facial plastic surgery residency program.
• Board certification in Plastic Surgery.
• Valid medical license to practice in Georgia.
• Proven experience with successful outcomes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries.
• Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
