Evolve Your Life (http://www.evolveyourlife.com) is seeking a full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon to join our growing team in a distinctive hybrid academic and private practice role. This position places primary emphasis on a robust reconstructive and academic practice in Peoria (approximately 75% of clinical time), complemented by a high-end private aesthetic practice in Peoria and Chicago (approximately 25%).

About the Role

Hospital-Based Reconstructive & Academic Practice — Peoria (Primary, 75%)

Lead and expand a comprehensive reconstructive program at a busy tertiary care center serving a broad regional referral base.

Key components include:

  • Oncologic reconstruction with a strong emphasis on breast reconstruction, including microsurgical breast reconstruction
  • Opportunity to introduce advanced microsurgical techniques, including reinnervation and cutting-edge breast reconstruction methods
  • Potential to develop a dedicated lymphedema program
  • Academic involvement: teaching, mentorship, and program development in collaboration with the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria
  • Diverse case mix with flexibility to maintain a broad reconstructive practice or focus on subspecialty interests
  • No hand or facial trauma call

Private Aesthetic Practice — Peoria and Chicago (Secondary, 25%)

Develop and maintain a boutique aesthetic practice with emphasis on:

  • Facial, breast, and body aesthetic surgery
  • Gender-affirming surgery
  • Personalized, high-touch patient care aligned with the Evolve Your Life brand
  • Long-term opportunity to grow a selective aesthetic patient base in Peoria and Chicago

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Plastic Surgery residency
  • M.D. or D.O. with eligibility for Illinois medical licensure
