Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon who:

• Is confident performing cosmetic surgery in a high-volume setting

• Values safety, structure, and accountability

• Works well within a team-based surgical environment

• Wants consistency, not chaos

   Ideal Candidate Profile

• • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon

  • Experience with cosmetic procedures (body contouring, breast, facial preferred)

  • Strong surgical judgment and ethical decision-making

  • Professional, collaborative mindset

  • Comfortable with structured protocols and standards

  • Florida license or ability to obtain

  Is focused on outcomes, not ego
