My Houston Surgeons is seeking an experienced plastic and reconstructive microsurgeon to join a growing multidisciplinary practice in Houston, Texas. This opportunity is ideal for surgeons with 5–7 years of experience who are interested in performing microsurgical reconstruction while also maintaining a cosmetic surgery practice.
This role supports both reconstructive and aesthetic growth within a collaborative care model—offering clinical autonomy, strong infrastructure, and the resources of a physician-led national network.

Qualifications
• Board Certified in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery • 5–7 years of post-training clinical experience • Fellowship training or significant experience in microsurgical breast reconstruction is preferred • Interest in both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery • Desire to build and grow services
