Due to continued expansion and patient demand, we are seeking a full-time Associate Plastic Surgeon to join our McAllen location.
The Opportunity
This is a high-volume, high-satisfaction surgical role designed for a growth-minded aesthetic surgeon who wants to focus on operating, not hospital politics.
You will practice out of a fully accredited surgery center with complete clinical and administrative support, allowing you to concentrate on delivering exceptional outcomes.
Schedule:
• 4.5 days per week
• No ER call
• No hospital rounds
• Fully supported surgical environment
With established patient flow, strong marketing infrastructure, and mentorship available, this role offers accelerated growth and long-term earning potential.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a surgeon who values excellence, professionalism, and collaborative culture.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Plastic Surgery (ABPS)
- Aesthetic-focused, comfortable with face, breast, and body procedures
- Good hands, great bedside manner, zero ego
- Texas medical license (or willingness to obtain)
- Team-oriented, growth-minded, and patient-centered
Compensation & Growth
- We believe exceptional surgeons deserve exceptional opportunity.
- Base salary: $400,000–$450,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- Production bonus: 30% of collections after overhead
- Top earners exceed $700,000+ annually
- Partnership track available after 2 years (mutual fit required)
