·         Open to new graduates and all fellowship trained surgeons as senior partners routinely assist each other and provide mentorship

·         Current partners routinely perform all aspects of Plastic Surgery including microsurgery, nerve transfers, craniofacial surgery, hand surgery, limb salvage, general reconstruction, pediatric surgery, AND cosmetic surgery

·         Competitive base salary with clear and fair bonus structure paid monthly.  ALL associates have doubled their base salary income within the first year of joining.  Associates receive MONTHLY REPORTS for financial auditing of income and expenses.

·         Choose your balance of Reconstruction versus Cosmetic Surgery as your Practice matures (all partners perform reconstructive and cosmetic procedures)

·         Ideal candidate is interested in all aspects of Plastic Surgery and recognizes that compensation is commensurate with effort (hard work is lucratively rewarded). Must be charismatic, a good team player, and have a desire to develop your own practice
