Arizona Center for Hand to Shoulder Surgery (ACHSS) is seeking to hire a board certified/board eligible (plastic surgery or orthopedic surgery), hand fellowship-trained surgeon to join our busy practice.  This is an opportunity to join a growing practice, with an established patient base and mature referral patterns.

ACHSS is a comprehensive world class Hand and Upper Extremity Center while offering level 1 hand trauma services to the region along with complex reconstructive, nerves, and orthopedic service line. Our patients enjoy one-stop shop to receive complete state of art hand surgical care including on site imaging, hand therapy and splints, and our own surgical center.  We are supported by an established network of primary care physicians, urgent care facilities, and hospitals.

Founded in 2000, ACHSS is Arizona’s premier provider for hand surgery recognized for offering world-class, comprehensive, and compassionate care. As the largest physician-owned hand surgery practice in the Southwest and one the largest Hand Centers in United States, ACHSS’s medical team includes 11 fellowship trained hand surgeons and 2 orthopedic specialists treating shoulder and other orthopedic injuries.

The ideal candidate:

·         Orthopedic or plastic surgery board certified or board eligible with fellowship in hand surgery

·         Strong interest in upper extremity surgeries, trauma surgeries, and complex reconstructive cases. 

·         Have a strong desire to join a large private practice group with autonomy and control over your practice.
