Marian Regional Medical Center is actively seeking a Board Certified Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in reconstruction. This role offers an opportunity to join a well-established independent practice in partnership with Marian Regional Medical Center. The successful candidate will work closely with the multidisciplinary team at Mission Hope Cancer Center, specifically focusing on breast reconstruction, colorectal, and GYN/Oncology patients, offering integrative and compassionate cancer care with access to state-of-the-art treatments and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care, focusing on breast reconstruction surgeries.

• Conduct thorough patient consultations, evaluations, and treatment planning.

• Develop and implement personalized surgical plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide preoperative and postoperative care and follow-up, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

• Communicate effectively with patients, helping them understand their options and expected outcomes.

• Stay current with advancements in surgical techniques, technologies, and best practices.

• Uphold a commitment to patient safety and ethical practices.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS).

• Active California Medical License.

• Proficient in microsurgery

• Specialized training and experience in breast reconstruction.

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: Competitive base pay starting at $325,000
