Dr. Barry DiBernardo is looking to recruit and mentor a Board Certified, fellowship trained Plastic/Reconstructive Surgeon who is fluent speaking and writing in Spanish, willing to work hard, learn all the devices, products, surgical procedures, services and skincare NJPS offers so the very best surgical and non-surgical outcomes are enjoyed by your patients.

• NJPS has a 31+ year history in vibrant Montclair, NJ, just outside of NYC.
• NJPS has a stand-alone, three floor building with an OR on the second floor.
• We are associated with a MedSpa that has two exceptionally trained NP’s and two excellent  Estheticians.
• We have a thriving Research and Training program that enables NJPS to be the one of the first to use new technologies, methods and products. We are associated academically with the University of Pittsburgh Plastic Surgery Department under Dr. Peter Rubin.
• You will see insurance based surgery patients (focusing on breast reduction, breast reconstruction, panniculectomy) as well as self-pay aesthetic patients.
• Your work environment will consist of the OR, office based new patient consults, follow-ups and post-ops, and marketing events.
• The work schedule is 5 weekdays (some evenings until 8pm) and possibly 2 Saturdays per month (9am – 2pm).
• You will participate in the On Call coverage, which is shared with other practices in the area.
• NJPS currently consists of one full time and one part time Plastic Surgeon.
• Office staff currently consists of three full time and one part time very experienced Medical Assistants, a three person Inside Sales Team consisting of one Patient Advisor (dedicated to answering leads), and two Patient Concierges (booking the surgeries) with very high closure rates, as well as an administrative staff team.
