Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, board-certified / board-eligible Plastic Surgeon to perform a wide range of aesthetic surgeries. The ideal candidate will possess strong surgical skills, excellent patient communication abilities, a dedication to achieving the best possible outcomes for our patients, and strongly motivated. This commission-based role offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to build and grow their practice while earning competitive compensation based on procedure volume and type.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic plastic surgeries, including face, breast and body procedures.
• Provide thorough pre-operative consultations and high-quality post-operative care
• Educate and guide patients through their surgical journey, ensuring clear understanding of procedures and outcomes.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of medical professionals and staff to ensure patient satisfaction and safety.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Stay current on the latest techniques and innovations in the field of plastic surgery.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with patients to ensure trust and repeat business.

Requirements

• Board-certified / board-eligible plastic surgeon (MD or DO).
• Active medical license in North Carolina, USA.
• Proven experience in performing plastic surgery procedures, with a portfolio of successful surgeries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff.
• High level of professionalism, ethics, and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment with excellent time management skills.
• Must be comfortable working in a commission-based pay structure, with the ability to grow patient base and earnings.
