Penn State Health Medical Group is seeking a Plastic Surgeon to join an established practice at Penn State Health in Reading, PA. Penn State Health is a multi-hospital health system serving patients and communities across 29 counties in central Pennsylvania.  


What we’re offering:

Opportunity to practice full range of plastic surgery, including breast reconstruction, hand, craniofacial and cosmetic surgery.

Located in Reading, Pennsylvania - St. Joseph Medical Center is a 204-bed well-established community Hospital, with multiple surgical service lines including General surgery, Plastic surgery, Vascular and Cardiothoracic surgery, Neurosurgery, and Orthopedics.

A strong affiliation to our tertiary care center – Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

Opportunity for Clinical Instructor appointment at PSH Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

Large referral base, 100+ of referring physicians, including breast surgeons.

Minimal call with no trauma call.

Work in a highly collaborative environment.

What we’re seeking:

MD, DO or foreign equivalent

BC/BE Plastic Surgery

Completion of Hand Surgery fellowship preferred but not required

Ability to acquire license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania

Must be able to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certificates
