Park Nicollet Clinic is looking for a Plastic Surgeon to join our Plastic Surgery team in the south metro for 2026. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients
receive every day.
We are seeking a BC/BE plastic surgeon
to join our well-established and growing clinical practice with 4 experienced
surgeons certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, skilled plastic
surgery nurses and great support staff. Practice location will be
in Burnsville and Shakopee. The practice currently focuses on:
- breast reconstruction
- skin cancer reconstruction
- cosmetic surgery of the face and body
- skin care services
Candidate must be well-versed in
reconstructive surgery. *Breast Fellowship training a plus. Hand
surgery is not within the scope of this practice.

PAY RANGE:
375,000
– 834,641
PAY RANGE STATEMENT:
Compensation
is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may
also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and
abilities as well as internal equity. After the salary guarantee period, this
position will be compensated based on work RVU productivity.
