Medical
Degree from an accredited school of medicine

Eligibility
for Board Certification in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
●
Demonstrated
experience/training in gender reassignment surgical techniques
●
Ability
to obtain license to practice as a physician in the state of Colorado with
prescriptive privileges
Minimum

Certification in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
●
5+
years’ experience in gender reassignment surgical techniques
●
5+
years proficiency in plastic & reconstructive clinical, education and
research efforts
●
Ability
to obtain license to practice as a physician in the state of Colorado with
prescriptive privileges
Minimum
Qualifications Professor:
●
Board
Certification in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
●
Completion
of Pediatric Plastic Surgery Fellowship (ACGME accredited)
●
Ability
to obtain license to practice as a physician in the state of Colorado with
prescriptive privileges
●
7+
years’ experience in gender reassignment surgical techniques
●
7+
years’ experience in plastic surgery practice for Professor rank
Applicants
must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
A combination of education and related
technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s
degree on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
●
Successful completion of a transgender surgical fellowship
●
Clinical or basic science research experience
