subspecialty expertise in Breast Reconstruction to join our cutting-edge,
multidisciplinary Women’s Health and Cancer Care team.

Responsibilities:
- Fellowship training in
subspecialty
- Previous leadership
experience in multidisciplinary cancer center
- Experience with
optimization of scheduling and streamlining of referral pathways
- Recruit and mentor high
performing surgeons and APPs within the department
- Collaborate with
the Women's Cancer Leadership to increase patient volume and expand access
- Collaborate with Women's
Cancer Leadership in any accreditation of programs
- Demonstrate expertise in
implant and autologous breast reconstruction
- Provide operative and
in-clinic expertise as well as service coverage for any calls
- Demonstrate commitment
to multidisciplinary care practice and collaborative cancer care
- Demonstrate oncoplastics
techniques in partnership with breast surgery
- Participate in quarterly
meetings and provide insight for policy development for Accreditation of
programs
- Provide expertise in
enhanced recovery after surgery protocols as well as other protocols
- Excellent interpersonal
and communication skills

Pay Range: $380,191.00 - $1,091,370.00
