Neaman Plastic Surgery is a premier, full-service aesthetic and reconstructive practice in Oregon’s beautiful Willamette Valley. We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon with Hand Fellowship training to join our growing private practice. This is an immediate, full-time opportunity with a well-established patient base and strong referral network. The ideal candidate will be interested in performing the full complement of plastic surgery including hand surgery, cosmetic procedures, and reconstructive cases.

Key Responsibilities

·         Perform a wide range of surgical procedures in hand, cosmetic, and reconstructive plastic surgery.

·         Participate in a Q5 call schedule with excellent collegial coverage.

·         Collaborate with our on-site certified hand therapy program for comprehensive patient care.

·         Work closely with a busy clinic, medi spa and hand therapy practice to expand aesthetic offerings.

·         Operate in our JACHO-approved, on-site surgical facility with state-of-the-art equipment.

·         Utilize support from physician assistants and certified first assists in the OR to optimize efficiency and patient outcomes.

·         Provide exceptional patient consultations with a focus on safety, education, and aesthetic excellence.

·         Collaborate with our team of surgeons, nurses, aestheticians, and administrative staff to ensure world-class care.

Qualifications

·         MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited plastic surgery residency.

·         Hand Fellowship training preferred.

·         Board-Certified or Board-Eligible by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

·         Active Oregon medical license (or ability to obtain).

·         Strong surgical skills, artistic vision, and a passion for patient-centered care.

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive starting salary: $350,000 – $500,000/year plus bonus based on production (commensurate with experience)
  *Opportunity for productivity-based earnings exceeding $750,000+ in established years.*
