Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled, board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeon with fellowship training in aesthetic surgery to join our thriving practice. This role focuses on comprehensive aesthetic procedures including facial rejuvenation, body contouring, breast surgery, and non-surgical cosmetic treatments. You will play an integral part in providing high-end care to a diverse patient base while upholding our core values of artistry, safety, and patient-centered service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultations, surgical planning, and postoperative management for a wide range of aesthetic surgical and non-surgical procedures
• Collaborate closely with our medical team to evaluate patient goals, health history, and expectations to offer tailored treatment plans
• Maintain meticulous records for surgical procedures, patient progress, and follow-up visits
• Ensure adherence to all practice protocols, regulatory requirements, and patient safety standards
• Participate in practice marketing efforts, patient education seminars, and brand-building initiatives
• Foster a supportive, empathetic environment for patients and staff alike

Qualifications:

• MD degree with completion of an accredited residency in plastic surgery
• Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS)
• Fellowship training in aesthetic surgery is highly recommended
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one prior to start date
• Strong expertise in elective aesthetic procedures including facial rejuvenation (facelift, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty), breast surgery (augmentations, reductions, lifts), and body contouring (liposuction, abdominoplasty)
• Commitment to delivering excellent patient care and surgical outcomes
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term patient relationships
• Excellent communication, clinical documentation, and teamwork capabilities
