Clinical Focus:

• Orthoplastic reconstruction & complex lower extremity salvage

• Monthly multidisciplinary clinic for amputees/salvage cases

• Peripheral nerve surgery: decompressions, pudendal neuralgia, piriformis syndrome

• Functional muscle transfers (upper/lower extremity)

• General reconstruction: Mohs closures, skin cancer, neurosurgery, vascular exposure

Practice Highlights:

• Full-time private practice with academic-level case complexity

• Primary site: JSUMC (Hackensack Meridian Health)

• Work alongside ortho, neuro, vascular & colorectal teams

• Mix of hospital & surgery center cases

• Strong marketing & 1:1 mentorship for practice building

• Research, publication, and academic collaboration optional

Qualifications:

• BC/BE in Plastic Surgery

• Microsurgery training preferred

• Interest/experience in reconstructive microsurgery, peripheral nerve, or functional restoration

• New grads/fellows encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $450K–$500K (based on experience)
